Iam Tongi looked healthy as he showed off his new physique in Los Angeles over the weekend. The American Idol winner, 20, revealed he had lost more than 100 pounds since walking away with the crown in May 2023, while talking to People at the premiere of Lilo And Stitch on Saturday. When asked about his much fitter form, the Over the Rainbow singer replied he had been 'working on myself' and 'trying to stay healthy.
