
As stars prepare to walk the 2025 Met Gala carpet, they're remembering André Leon Talley, whose legacy continues to live on through this year's theme. On Monday, May 5, the Metropolitan Museum of Art will celebrate the "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style" exhibit, which Costume Institute curator Andrew Bolton told CBS is inspired by Talley — who died in January 2022 from a heart attack at age 73 — and his impact on fashion.
