Detectives investigating how a new child was deserted on a freezing roadside have hit out at social media trolls for 'abusing' the kid's mother.
The child, named solely as Elsa, was discovered crying in a purchasing bag with solely a blanket to defend her from sub-zero temperatures in Newham, east London, at round 9.15pm last Thursday.
She had been left by High Road South – a busy twin carriageway – where it provides onto an extended footpath generally known as Greenway.
