'Producers help me out', begs Molly Qerim with Shannon Sharpe and Stephen A. Smith in wild on-air segment | 486M7K6 | 2024-05-01 02:08:01
MOLLY Qerim had a wild situation that she had to deal with during Tuesday's edition of First Take.
The sequence occurred when Stephen A. Smith and Shannon Sharpe had a brutal debate on the ESPN show.

Much of the First Take program discussed LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers' playoff exit.
They lost to the Denver Nuggets 108-106 on Monday night.
Denver beat Los Angeles in the series 4-1.
Stephen A. appeared in the Los Angeles studios alongside Sharpe while Qerim was in the New York City studios.
And Smith took part in his patented A-List segment.
He centered his list on Michael Jordan, who's considered by many to be the greatest basketball player of all-time.
The GOAT conversation has been between Jordan and James.
Smith gave his top five reasons why Jordan is the greatest basketball player of all-time, with his No. 1 reason being that he never lost in the NBA Finals.
Stephen A. and Sharpe, who's a Lakers and LeBron superfan, got into a heated debate when Stephen A. referenced the fact James joined a super team in the Miami Heat in 2010 and won two championships there, while Jordan won all of his six NBA titles with the Chicago Bulls.
"LeBron sought help, got it and won," Smith said.

"Jordan didn't have to do that. He was the MVP of each NBA Finals."
Sharpe critiqued each of Smith's reasons as the two went-back-and-forth on the topic.
Qerim wanted Sharpe to give his grade on Stephen A.'s list.
But Smith and Sharpe continued to bark at each other.

That caused Qerim to say, "Producers, can you help me out?"
Sharpe gave the list an A-minus which led to Stephen A. comically dancing on the set.
