SHAQUILLE O'Neal didn't hold back after seeing second-year NBA player Jalen Williams donning an unusual outfit before a playoff game.
The NBA Hall of Famer, 51, made the remarks during TNT's Inside the NBA on Monday night.

The Oklahoma City Thunder had a 3-0 series lead over the New Orleans Pelicans.
Both played in Game 4 on Monday night.
Prior to the contest, the Thunder star Williams arrived in an all-black outfit which included leather pants and a shirt.
But Williams' caught the eyes of many by wearing a black ski mask over the fit with a bedazzled ring of crystals which made a circle around his face.
He was also seen walking in the Pelicans arena tunnel with a black headpiece with three rows over his face, and three stripes running across his head.
Inside the NBA showed a clip of Williams and his outfit.
And O'Neal wasn't afraid to ask a simple question.
"What the hell is that?" O'Neal gasped.
"What the hell is that? A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle?"
Shaq and the rest of the panel laughed at Williams' attire.

But TNT star Charles Barkley did give credit to the 23-year-old's clothes.
"If you come to the game looking like that, you're going to beat somebody," Barkley said.
"No ways OKC loses.
"That boy coming to the game looking like that, it's over for the Pelicans."

Barkley would be right as the Thunder beat the Pelicans 97-89.
Williams scored 24 points and posted eight rebounds and four assists.
Oklahoma City are headed to the second round of the playoffs after sweeping the Pelicans.
They will face the winner of the Dallas Mavericks-Los Angeles Clippers series.
