Kayla Itsines has injured herself in an unlikely way. The fitness influencer, 33, took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday to reveal she had cut her forehead while putting on her clothes in the morning. In the video posted to Instagram, Kayla explained, 'I normally step into my clothes, like even my sports bras. I just put them on weird. I just step into them.' 'And today I just thought as I was trying on a top, I'll just pull it over my head like a normal person.
