Jonathan Ross has admitted his staff on his chat show were 'scared' of him as he candidly opened up about his relationship with colleagues days after BBC staff branded Strictly 'toxic and cruel'. The ITV presenter, 63, said he has found it a 'difficult learning curve' to change the way he speaks to staff as he 'used to think he could say almost anything' and not worry about the consequences.
